Spring Fundraiser and Exhilarating Celebration of New Work

This year’s CIRCLE UP New Play Festival kicks off with NOUR•ISH: A magical evening of artistic expression, music & refreshments + a peek at our exciting 11th season. The staged reading of Madrugara by Nathan Yungerberg will anchor the evening alongside Bread by Andy Backer. 

Madrugada continues Nathan Yungerberg’s Abuelita, returning eight years later to a chosen family in El Barrio, where over the course of one long day and night, they gather on a stoop after a rupture in the city, holding vigil for their people who have not yet returned.

Performers include: Mary Gant, Pedro R. Bayón, Adlyn Carreras, Skye Seiler, Yassir Ali, Elsa Vega-Pérez and Gabi Del Moral, Charla Marie Bailey, Shá Cage and more.
