Featured Artist: Quinci Bachman

Quinci (they/she) believes that the work of Full Circle is essential because they are really paving a path to make the arts more accessible. From the semi-annual Disability and Theater event Constellations to our conversation series Cultivate, Full Circle isn't afraid of tough conversation and learning.

“Some of my most memorable moments with Full Circle are the early days of us all working together on shows in some capacity. I started in this company in marketing, but also as a stage manager and sound designer, sitting around the table with Rick and Martha as we imagined many productions and dreams together. I'm excited to continue to do this as Managing Director and now a new Core Artist Leadership Group member as we look to the future.”

Quinci is a theater artist and arts administrator in the Twin Cities. Since joining Full Circle Theater, they have helped to build the theater’s brand and have been hugely instrumental to Full Circle’s development. As a Core Artistic Leadership member, they will continue to influence the company’s vision and community engagement.
