Full Circle Theater Company is seeking artists (non-AEA) for our fall mainstage play Cost of Living by Martyna Majok.

Cost of Living by Martyna Majok explores the deeply human longing for connection across at the intersections of, among other things, disability, race, nationality, gender, age, education, and financial privilege.

 

Audition information:

• Auditions will be held on June 17, 3:00pm - 7:00pm

• Auditions will be held at “825 Arts” at 825 University Ave W, St Paul, MN 55104

• Auditions will consist of reading from one of the scenes provided.

• Scenes are attached in the google form.

• Callbacks will be held on Monday, June 23 from 4:30pm - 7:30pm also at 825 Arts. 

 

Professional Commitment:

• Pay - $1,500 stipend

• Applicants must be available for most rehearsals, as well as all rehearsals 1 week prior to tech, all technical rehearsals, and all performances.

• Rehearsals will begin Sept 8, 2025. Rehearsals are Monday - Friday, with some weekend rehearsals.

• Script study will be held for one week in mid August (tba).

• 3 community performances will be held between Oct 1st and 4th.

• Tech rehearsals, Dress rehearsals, and performances are Oct 5 - 18, 2025 at 825 Arts

 

Characters Full Circle Theater is casting for the following roles:

• Ani: Early 40s. She/her. Ex-wife of Eddie. Stubborn and set in her ways. Has an injury to her spinal cord from a recent accident and uses a wheelchair -quadripilegic, with a small amount of function in one hand. A dry humored woman who knows who she is.

• John: Mid 20s. He/him. Handsome, confident, and clever doctoral student. Has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair. Has a speech impediment. Quick witted, and heavily experienced in voicing needs.
