The Co-Artistic Directors are responsible for most of the ongoing/day-to-day artistic and organizational implementation of the artistic choices and other decisions made by the Core Artist Leadership Group and for other day-to-day operations as delegated by the Board of Directors.  Their duties include managerial, financial, government reporting, and promotional responsibilities as well as serving as producers for all Full Circle public activities.  They also serve as stage directors and dramaturgs on selected Full Circle productions.

The Managing Director supports the organizational duties of the Co-Artistic Directors, and more specifically, carries out all promotional and website graphic design for Full Circle. She also serves as sound designer for Full Circle productions, and has also served as stage manager and in other technical capacities, such as video editor for the 2021 Spring Virtual Event Series.
